For our 30th Birthdays, Jill and I wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride. We had planned to go around our birthdays….but…a year later…we still had our gift certificates to use. Finally in September, we were all able to go! We went down to Bloomington for the ride and it was a P E R F E C T evening. The wind was so calm that our pilot actually said he would have preferred just a little more wind so that we could move a little more! We ended up going on a very long ride thanks to the wind - or lack thereof! There were two balloons that went up at the same time, so I snapped a bunch of photos of the other balloon while we floated near it.
We landed just as the sun was setting.
